At Sanjhi Sikhiya we believe that all knowledge can be co-created in an environment of open enquiry. When trust and respect are primal and we all recognise our independence, the traditional roles begin to converge and all boundaries begin to merge.

 

We have organised ourselves in a way that we are able to work together by building upon each other’s strengths and competencies. We are also fortunate to have an extended team of well-wishers and supporters who come together and help us leverage additional knowledge and resources from outside that may be required for the program to succeed.

 

Both, the Program team and our Community of practice, are committed towards learning and growing and see their work as a practice field for the same. For us, all change begins with self and development of Punjab is strongly linked with our own development.
